Before payment, please send the following information to goaledinfo@yahoo.com:

1. Name to be displayed at the top of the poster
2. A description of the goal (in order to accurately plot this on our Goaled diagram)
3. The football club name and/or link to the clubs website
4. Custom message below the Goaled diagram
5. Date & two team mates/friends first names (this will be displayed under the "Best On Ground" heading
6. Venue
